Secretary Janet Napolitano’s Department of Homeland Security reportedly stripped Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio — also known as “America’s Sheriff” by many admirers who hail him as a hero – of his federal authority to arrest suspected illegal immigrants based solely on their immigration status. The federal authorities under President Barack Obama wish to do away with local cops enforcing our nation’s immigration laws.
Arpaio’s deputies attended the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Center in order to be trained for immigration enforcement as part of their regular law enforcement and jail management duties. In addition to the DHS attempting to curtail Sheriff Arpaio’s immigration enforcement activities — he states he will not stop arresting illegal aliens — Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, is threatening to investigate Sheriff Arpaio and his department.
Sadly, at the same time the Department of Homeland Security estimates that the total unauthorized immigrant population residing in the United States is 10 million. Their total includes those who entered the United States illegally and those who entered legally but overstayed their authorized period of stay. Critics dispute the federal statistics saying that the number of illegal aliens is closer to 20 million.
Another recent study by the GAO estimates that there are about 15 million illegal aliens living in the United States. The study estimates that nearly 700,000 aliens enter the United States illegally or overstay their authorized period of stay each year.
Some illegal aliens in the United States have been arrested and incarcerated in federal and state prisons as well as local jails, adding to already dangerously overcrowded prisons and jails, the Government Accountability Office reported to the US Congress’ Homeland Security Subcommittee on criminal aliens that were incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails.

California has a problem and no one wants to step up and “Tell it like it is”. They are over run with illegal aliens and one of there biggest problems is a welfare system that is far to accomadating than it needs to be. There are too many loop holes that allow deadbeat Dads not to face up to there responsibilities. There is also too many Moms and Dads that are capable of working, that are allowed to do nothing but sit at home and collect benefits. California how many adults that capable of working are you willing to House, clothe, and feed. And I end with this. Why are immigrants who come here and gain citizenship and then bring ther aging parents to the U.S.A., apply for and get social security for a parent whose only qualification is there age allowed to collect SS without ever working one day in the U.S.A.?

The uncomplicated fact is that E-Verify WORKS! And it is up, running and operational, so that illegal foreign workers other than a few using counterfeit documents will be discovered and eliminated from the workplace. It’s easy to understand why the Special interest lobbyists want it dropped, because it has grown in popularity and more sincere Pro-American companies are using it? Another simple fact is that its—SUCCEEDING! It is now hurting the elusive Council of Foreign Relations agenda to destabilize American workers and substitute even more cut-rate labor. The CFR are not even a government agency, but a Quasi agency that is a kind of sinister think tank. For years they have been formatting their power to undo the poorly built border fence, wreck inspections at airports, so millions more can pour into American and steal jobs. Nor does matter to the illicit ACLU, a communist inspired group or business consortium’s, who owe no loyalty to US workers? It is a case of drowning America in low wage recruits, who are not just working in the fields, but janitors, fast food, factories, warehouses and higher paying jobs then citizens and legal employees realize?. AMERICAN WORKERS MUST MAKE A STAND. Anybody who legally displays the E-Verify sign should get the customers dollars, those who don’t comply should be absolutely BOYCOTTED. Sheriff Arpaio is the role model. He rounds up more illegal aiens in one day than ICE rounds up in a month! What ever happen to the raids? That was one way of getting a bunch of those illegal aliens. ICE is getting lax, thanks to obama and his thugs. I wans’t real fond of Bush, but at least he started rounding the illegal aliens up. Then obama gets in and undoes all that Bush had in place. Our government fails the most basic and primary task & duty of government, to protect this Nation and its Citizens from invasion and enforce its laws.
Our Government, past & present, Republican & Democrat, have allowed the invasion of 20 to 30 million criminals and uneducated peons which is the largest invasion of any Nation, at any time, by any means & in direct violation of Article IV Section IV of our Constitution.
This refusal to abide by our Constitution or enforce our Immigration Laws should be classified as Treason of the most foul kind, & as grounds for impeachment & trials for Treason!

Joe IS a HERO! I only wish we had a thousand more like him. The ACLU and LA RAZA are in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American taxpayer. They are successful and growing stronger in their efforts to rob taxpayers and encourage law breaking illegal immigrants to gain more political power.
California has pressed the edge of the envelope to the breaking point because of the liberal groups that continue to press for open borders and amnesty for law breakers. Any law enforcement that decides which laws are worth enforcement and which ones to simply ignore are a big part of the problem. When all sheriffs do their jobs, our problem will diminish to a level that will be more manageable.
Without strict enforcement, the American people will never be willing to restructure the system for the law abiding illegal population currently living here in the shadows. They all need to be put on alert NOW. The rules have changed and they will be caught and deported. IF and only IF they are able to navigate the immigration system to stay here legally, THEN and only then can they continue living here.
NO JOBS for illegal immigrants! NO amnesty for law breakers. NO benefits to encourage illegal entry. They come here for jobs, then they’ll go home of they can’t get work. Deportation by attrition.
